They did what I asked them not to do. And didn't do what I did want them to do! I asked them to do very specific things in writing and verbally, yet they did the opposite.
The lady at the front is super sweet, responsive and nice, but the work that was performed was subpar.
Our dog came out looking mangy instead of clean cut and pretty. She ended up with a 70's shag instead of shiny locks of uniform length.
The one positive (other than nice lady!) was that our pooch was soft.

Was very hurried in and out when I went in. The set up of the business is very claustrophobic especially for a large dog (65 lb heeler/shepard mix) like mine. He was only getting a bath but I had to ask the to brush him as well. For forty dollars, that should probably be part of the service. He didn't smell as nice as I had hoped and still needed more brushing. On a good note they seemed very nice to the animals.

Diane's Dog Grooming are friendly, very helpful, courteous, and punctual. They love dogs. They love animals. Diane the owner has a big heart for animals.

Great. So convenient for us (we live in the UV). They did it in less than 2 hrs.

From the time I entered the shop the staff and Dianne ensured I felt comfortable with leaving the pups there and they offered for me to call and check on them any time. What I liked the most is she doesn't mess around. She said it would take about two hours and it did. They called me 15 minutes prior to the pups being finished so I could come pick them up and they wouldn't have to wait. I was very pleased not only with the service but the staff really does care. I will definitely go back.

I've been there a few times. She was great. She pointed out that we should only be brushing him 2 or 3 times a week. We had been brushing him every day to try to prevent mats and she said that by doing that we were messing up his coat. When we stopped brushing him so much, he looks 100 percent better. She was very patient with him and very good with me. She was very convenient and I really liked the idea that she doesn't want the pets hanging out there all day. I dropped him off and was able to pick him up in about 1 1/2 hours. I had found a dog on the road that had fleas and ticks and I couldn't take it home to my dogs so I went there. She stopped what she was doing and handled it right away. She had to pull off the ticks by hand which really took a long time. She only charged me $20 because she said she knew it wasn't my dog. She was very kindhearted that the dog didn't get run over and taken to the pound so that was when I started going to her. I take my other dogs for baths and nail trimming because they are short haired. Her price was pretty reasonable for the sheepdog because he is a hairy dog. I will be going back to her.
