does not Again windows are very good and crew is very good, other that that I would not recommend the sales person.

After paying a deposit and waiting 6 weeks, I had to call the company for an update.  Once I contacted the company, we set up an installation date.  They were on time and worked fast and efficient.  They clean up good and I was very satisfied with the work.  Would consider them agian.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the installers. The job was completed in one day. They made sure that everything was done completely. They even helped us reinstall our blinds!! Enrique and his crew were friendly, helpful, and hard-working.

Totally impressed with the professionism of the install team.

Office staff / scheduling and sales rep were both very responsible and professional. Estimates and measurements were accurate and thorough - no surprise costs. Installation team was hard-working, prompt and professional, and most importantly, respectful/conscientious of our property - cleanup was thorough and the end result is beautiful. Installation was done properly and with attention to detail. We had two very large windows replaced and they now look so great, I don't even want to put the drapes back up. Ambient heat and noise reduction is noticeable and very welcome - can't wait to see the difference in our electric bill! This is a quality product, and the workmanship is very good - We have had many contractors in to do various jobs since we bought this house, and our experience with desert king has been among the best.

The guy who was a salesman was excellent. He really showed that on the product. Overall, we are happy. We were disappointed because the day they put the windows in, they weren't the ones they promised to give it. The guy who installed did a great job. When we said that they gave us an inferior product and when we challenged them, they reduced the original price. The original price was $9200. They gave us cheaper windows than what they promised to install the first time.

The window salesman was on time. He was very informative and allowed for questions. It took about an hour for the presentation. He told us what to expect when the installers arrive. it took about two weeks for the phone call that the windows were ready. Today, the three installers arrived on time. They had a portable radio and listened to their music as they quickly went to their work. They took out the old windows and placed the new windows. They cleaned and vacuumed up the dust. (The old windows are recycled and proceeds are sent to St. Judes Hospital). An installer explained the warranty process and showed me how to open the windows. The installers were polite and stayed on task throughout the day. The product and the installation process met and exceeded my expectations.
