Debbie's Bloomers

Yesterday, I visited Debbie's Bloomers to order flowers for my mother's 96th birthday. A male employee showed me examples of arrangements in a cooler and helped me to select a combination of the flowers I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and cared that I end up with just the right arrangement. He asked if I wanted to include a mylar balloon which sounded like a good idea. We looked through a varied selection until I found the one I thought was most appropriate. In arranging for delivery, I asked for a time after noon which he made sure to type into the order on the computer. All in all, it was a totally pleasant experience.

dreadfully overpriced. Will never use them again

When planning my wedding in 2005 I met with many floral professionals all over El Paso. After interviewing many florists, I decided to hire Debbies Bloomers. I specifically told the florist that my wedding colors were pink and green. I provided pictures that described the theme I was going for and provided a sample of fabric from the bridesmaid dresses to the florist. I was told that my flowers would be pink to reflect my theme. To my dismay, on my wedding day, the bouquets, boutineers, corsages, etc. were predominantly orange with a couple of pink flowers thrown in the mix. Also, many of the flowers had brown petals and looked old. To this day, when I look at my wedding pictures, I am irked that my bridesmaids had orange flowers instead of pink. Needless to say, I will never hire Debbie's Bloomers again for any of my floral needs.

This is the second time I have needed emergency service from this provider. In both cases they provided a calm environment and perfect results. I am very happy with their store and people.
