All of a sudden there was no water....I happen to notice two men working on pipes (apparently plumbers), just beyond my back door and I asked the plumbers who authorized this and they told me Ray (the groundsman for the property). I advised them that in the future it would be nice to have some kind of notification of having the water turned off.
I then called Dana Properties and talked to Darwin, who claims he did not know about the water being turned off and that it may have been the city. I told him that this was not the case and that this behavior is rude and inconsiderate. I have never had water turned off without a days notice in advance, for any reason.
There was no apology for this rude and inconsiderate behavior, which should be done in any customer service situation.
