So far they have been out twice to try and fix a dishwasher that is giving us an error code that it has a leak.  The first time they replaced a circuit board and suggested that we call out an electrician to check the electrical circuits.  The technician thought that there might be an issue with the power supply that caused the first board to burn out.  We did call an electrician and paid $65.00 to get a clean bill of health on the electrical.  Even so the repair lasted about a week before the same error code came up again.
Called Samsung again and again they sent out the same company.  This time the technician completely removed the diswasher and checked the entire machine.  This time he found a small leak (imagine that) that requires extra parts.  He left the washer uninstalled and said he'd be back once the parts arrive.  Problem is the way the dishwasher was plumbed leaving it uninstalled meant that every time I ran water in the kitchen sink it caused water to leak from the dishwasher supply valve.  I discovered this while hand-washing the supper dishes Saturday night.  Too late and too expensive to call a plumber then so my husband jury-rigged a quick fix.
Fortunately I haven't had to pay for any of this as the dishwasher is still under warranty but I do intend to call Samsung and let them know.  They have a contract with this company and should be aware of what kind of work is being performed.
