My experience with Leslie and her team (specially Angie) has been AMAZING.
It is very important, to me, to take time to acknowledge when an individuals go above and beyond their duties. Both, Leslie and Angie have actually exceeded my ?very high expectations.? They both have provided me a world-class customer service, like the one you experience at the Ritz-Carlton hotels or at Neiman Marcus.
I was very impressed when Angie called the VA, requesting a Certificate of Eligibility, and didn?t settle with their answer ?we?ll send it next week.? I loved the way she didn?t take NO for an answer, on the contrary, the next day, she called again and continue to request the certificate. Angie?s due diligence paid off, she received the certificate 24-hours after they have told her it wouldn?t be until next week.
Individuals who possess ?soft skills? and are willing to go the extra mile for the customer, like Leslie and Angie, are priceless and hard to find.
Such commitment to world class customer service is to be commended. We will continue to do business with Cornerstone Home Lending for years to come, and highly recommend them to all of my friends in Texas and to ALL OF YOU!
