Fantastic job! Corina and her team were quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and just as quick to come back out and repair the damaged area. The area looks brand new, and where they had to join several pieces together to cover the damaged area you cannot tell its pieces, it looks like a seemless whole. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any carpet repairs in the future.

The first time I called, I left a message but my call was not returned (thus the "B" on responsiveness).  I called again a few days later and this time was able to speak to Ms. Borunda.  Once we were actually able to connect, the service and professionalism were excellent.  An appointment was set for her to come to do a free estimate.  She called on the day of the appointment to reconfirm and showed up on time.  The price quote was very reasonable, so we set a date for her and her husband to come do the actual work (stretching and reattaching my carpet, throughout the house).
On the day of this appointment, she again called to reconfirm and tell me they were on their way.  They arrived on time.  The work was completed in a timely manner and included the carpet stretching, reattaching some of the tack boards to the concrete (some were coming looses), trimming the carpet and reattaching.  I am very pleased with the results and the  price was exactly as quoted (no surprises).
I will definitely use the company again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Corina's crew provided.  They arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and did an excellent job.  They also re-stretched my carpeted closets!  They even supplemented the under-carpet padding at a couple of areas at the rooms' perimeter where the original installer had shorted the padding.  They moved all my heavy furniture as necessary to facilitate the re-stretching, taking great care not to damage anything, and replaced it exactly back where it belonged.  All in all - a great experience.  And the price was extremely reasonable!!  I highly recommend this company for any of your carpet installation and/or repair needs.

The product and installation was exactly what we wanted. Our rooms had ceramic tile presented a challenge as we did not want go through the work and cost of removing the exiting tile. After discussing it with Corrina, she explained all the issues related to installing carpet over the tile and exactly what that required. She was very helpful and presented numerous samples for us to choose from. The whole assessment took 30 minutes and the estimate was fair. She always ensured that we were informed of the order and job status. The carpet order came in earlier than she initially promised and she was very responsive and flexible on the installation date.
She and her crew arrived promptly and completed the installation on time and to our satisfaction. The work was organized and all debris was cleaned up thoroughly. She took the extra time to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with the outcome. One thing to note; her professionalism and integrity were beyond what I have to come see with many contractors as she never rushed or focused on the bill or her next job.
