Community Plumbing Co

His name is Frank Perry. He is an independent plumber that worked for a larger company for years and now works on his own. He is pretty much a one-man operation. His son works with him and he is training him. His son is actually hearing-impaired and he is a teenager. I've used him several times. He has basically been very good. His prices are competitive and a little under the average. He is not the cheapest. When I call him, sometimes I get the answering machine but he always calls back, usually within 2 or 3 hours. He always comes when he says. He is a real nice and pleasant guy. He is very dependable. He does the job, cleans up and leaves. A couple of my neighbors use him and he lives a couple of streets away. I’ve used him about half a dozen times over the last 1 ½ years. I like him.
