I called them out and they turned the fridge upside down looking for the issue. They replaced the ice maker, and it didn't fix it. They spend 2 hours until they found it. It turned out that the freezer lines were clogged. He cleaned them out and now the fridge works great! They needed no parts, just to clean the lines.

I like him because he lives out in the same part of town that I live in and generally when I call him he can always show up on the day that I call him. I find him to be very dependable.
