Heather Feiner and Cherrie Warren were our realtors through USAA Buyer's Advantage. Our original realtor was unresponsive and so Heather/Cherrie had to play catchup when we arrived in El Paso for the first time, needing to buy a house before the school year began. Although we were new to desert living, evaporative vs refrigerated A/C, zero-scape, pools, and rocks walls, they were patient as we looked a dozens of houses in several different school districts. I would recommend their services without reservation.

I have to be honest, from the beginning, I didn't want to deal with only one agent, because in the past, it seemed that the agent's we have met, didn't have our best interest in mind. What a pleasurable surprise when we met Lizy, she is such a pleasure to do business with. Lizy's Mom has been a realtor agent for over 25 years, probably that experience has been transferred to Lizy. Lizy and her Mom are both a true professionals.
We were VERY impressed, the first day we met Lizy, she was INCREDIBLE and ALWAYS on-time! Lizy was available all the time, either to meet with us or to talk over the phone. She was so willing to spend endless hours with us. During several weeks she showed us so many houses around Westside El Paso. Lizy also offered us options that we had not thought about, and houses we had not considered. Lizy even showed us houses that were below our budget, it didn't matter to her that her commission would've been less, it didn't matter to her. How many people have you met that are willing to cut their pay in order to find what you are looking for? We have never had such an enjoyable experience looking for a house.
Lizy was never discouraged or upset or inpatient, even after we have seen sooooo many houses, on the contrary she was ALWAYS so patient and optimistic that we would find the house we would like. For endless hours, Lizy kept looking around, finally her efforts paid off, when she found our DREAM HOUSE.
Individuals like Lizy, who possesses “soft skills” and are willing to go the extra mile for her customers are priceless and very hard to find.
