Countertop and Backsplash Service
I spent about $5000 or $6000 on that service. I thought that they presented themselves very well, but my main complaint was with the installation. I believe that the people, who do the installation, get paid on a flat fee basis and that is why they work really fast and cut corners. They did not do a very good job and we have a line or a mark in a very noticeable place in our kitchen and they told us that they were going to put plywood under everything and in some areas they put press board. The water in the bathroom sink was spilled on one of those Indian Mexican rugs and it caused the dye to leak onto the carpet. They did not do anything to try and get that cleaned and denied that they did that, so I wasn?t pleased overall. We paid for top quality stuff and that is what irritates me because we had bought the best and a very beautiful pattern. To have it not put up and to take advantage of that pattern was painful. The quality of the installation was not good.
