It was great. They check every delivery carefully. There were a couple of things damaged and I didn't even have to notice it myself. They just took it away and told us that they would bring new ones right away. They are all about service. I walk in that store and I know what I am getting into. It is not a cheaper store but they don't sell the same furniture that the cheap stores sell either. I think the price is fair.

We purchased several items from Charlotte's Furniture and they've always been good to us.

All went well...very professional crew. Replace and install carpet on MBR and remove carpet and install wood floors on living room.

Was new to the area and making the rounds of furniture stores. Walked in the door of Charlottes and was asked if I'd like help, which I did. What a lucky moment that was, because the designer that greeted me, Martha, was really great. Not only was she very knowledgeable and helpful, but she listened! We walked through the store to familiarize me with their merchandise and for Martha to learn what I liked. I immediately saw a couple of furniture brands with higher price points than I wanted to spend and let her know that. Throughout the couple of months we worked together, she was always respectful of my budget and never tried to and quot;nudgeand quot; me too a more expensive item. My experience was relaxed with no pushy salesmanship (although in the many times I was in the store I have observed other designers giving the hard sell). When it came time for delivery their crew was courteous, professional, respectful of the belongings already in my home and willing to and quot;playand quot; with what I had moving things around in the house to see what worked best. They were also willing to take back to the store things that didn't work as well in my home as I'd thought. Now when I go back to shop at Charlottes, I always ask for Martha, and you should too!

ALL WENT AS PLANNED. ALL WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND HAVE USED THE BEST INSTALLERS\WORKERS. ALL ITEMS INSTALLED WERE THE BEST QUALITY AS PER CONTRACT. LOOK NO FURTHER WHEN NEEDING TILES AND CARPETS.

Bob Raleigh, the flooring manager, is excellent. All went as planned.

We had a discount through a program they had running at that time. The price included the tile. I really liked them because they actually listen to what their clients have to say. They don't just say that you should use a certain color tile. They recommend tiles and then ask what you are looking for and work with you. They were timely. If we needed work done, they were there. They did the work in one day and came back the next day when the adhesive had solidified to do the grout. It took two days to do all the work, which is really fast in my world. I like their price. Sometimes they were hard to answer the phone.
