Charlotte and her team worked very hard to go through the entire home and workshop. All items were sorted, evaluated, cleaned and priced. She even managed to get the sale on a week earlier than promised which when you consider the volume of items was amazing!
I didn't enter a cost of service because her fee is a percentage of the proceeds and that percentage changes with the total sales, going somewhat lower as thresholds are met. I will say that for the work she and her team provided I felt that the cost was extremely reasonable.
