CENTURY 21

"At Century 21 The Edge we are proud of our reputation for providing quality service to all of our customers and clients. Our company handles over 150 rental properties, services close to 200 resale listings and has approximately 80 REALTORS® working diligently to help El Pasoans buy and sell homes. The posting above does not represent the way we do business. We feel that there was a misunderstanding because our property manager would have nothing to gain by stating no one had called. The posting by Member is vague about what exactly happened and I, as owner/broker of Century 21 The Edge, was never made aware of the situation. Had I been called, I would have definitely found out exactly what happened, why it happened and corrected it immediately. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with Member so that I may better understand the situation. Real Estate is largely a referral based business. We believe our numbers speak for themselves. We have a tremendous number of satisfied clients who continue to speak positively about our property manager and our company.
