They have competitive pricing, an extensive selection of all types of flooring as well as a large in-house inventory. That being said this is not your local big box store and some patrons may be put off the contractor oriented atmosphere. But the difference for us was the customer service......... I suspect that our particular salesman may be more attentive than others but the follow-up was greatly appreciated.
I will definitely use them for future flooring needs.
