Great they brought a team in from Chicago recommended by the insurance company and found more damage than originally found. Insurance paid all. Work well with usaa.

Was in an accident, so called my insurance company (USAA) which recommended them.
Took it to Caliber and right away the receptionist was friendly, she offered coffee, and water and took my information.
My service advisor looked over my car then gave him my keys, right away they pointed me to Enterprise which is located in the building I got a rental and then headed my way. They later sent me an email with pics and an estimate fixed in about a couple days and my car was brand new. Later my strut on the car they replaced started to malfunction, so I called, they ordered the part, they fixed it in a hour or two and aligned my tires. Very professional and fast.
Later my Toyota was in an accident and ended up being totaled. They sent all information to my insurance as well as myself. They did all this in about a week.

I chose Caliber because it was the body shop of choice for my insurance company. I had previously used the Toyota body shop and had been disappointed, so I was open to the change. Caliber was polite, quick and friendly. All the work was well done. The only negative was that they had forgotten 2 small caps that went on the front of the grill, but as soon as I pointed it out they ordered them, came to my house and installed them. The truck looks like new, and I am happy.

They have a clean and well run office. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and polite. There was one person that oversaw the repairs to my vehicle and he was in contact with me on a regular basis. It was nice talking to the same person from start to finish. They originally estimated 25 business days to finish my car and they met that deadline. I was initially concerned because the work to my vehicle didn't actually start until the 10th business day. I understand it took a while to get the parts in since my car is very new, but I was confused as to why bodywork couldn't be started earlier. Overall they met their deadline and I paid my deductible and was on my way. I would definetly recommend them for anyone in El Paso. It is known how many criminals operate body shops around here and your really have to be careful where you bring your vehicle.

I recommend them for collision. Their estimate and timeframe was very reasonable. They keep in touch with you with texts, emails, and calls about the status of your car.
