Property Management
Within months of hiring C. Starr, the property manager became downright negligent, unable or unwilling to accomplish simple tasks such as amendments and tenant requests. Even when I emailed her direct instructions, she emailed back weeks later asking the same clarification questions again and again; after 4 months of communicating every detail multiple times, none of my requests were completed. To add insult to injury, she hired my tenant as a secretary at C. Starr, which was a clear conflict of interest and resulted in my firing her as property manager. I have since moved my business elsewhere, and would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
