BLANCO UPHOLSTERY

Called Mr. Blanco on Friday, we arranged for him to come to our home the next Monday, and evaluate the sofa. He brought a large sample of upholstery material. I picked three, my wife picked one. (We went with her choice) He arranged to pick up the sofa that evening. On Wednesday he called and did we want him to deliver the sofa that evening. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the job. The last time we had anything reupholstered it took well over a week, sometimes two.

Blanco Upholstery did a great job. He has done re-upholstering and refinishing wood. He does an excellent job. He is very reasonable, very competitive prices, and does an excellent job. Interior designers use him.

Came to my house at the appointed time, gave a very reasonable estimate and loaded the chair into his van. The chair was delivered on the promised date and the charge was actually a bit less than the original estimate. The workmanship is excellent.

On December 2010 Mr. Blanco upholstered a Sofa. They did a fair job. Then I called him again on May 2011 to upholster 2 chairs with wood accent (Francesca Chair by Thomasville) which were in perfect condition! no scratches, no dents, no stains, NO NOTHING! I just want it to change the fabric for a more fresh and updated look. I provided the fabric. They did deliver on the date they promised. But when I inspected the chairs.... the wood was very damaged with lots and lots of chips and scratched on both of them. When I asked
Mr.Blanco about the damages, he just replied and quot;we did not do itand quot; and and quot;they were damaged alreadyand quot;. He did not offer to repair. He just collected his money and left. No apologies, no explanations, no nothing! I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN, NOR RECOMMEND!!
