The experience was awesome! I did not live in house during renovation. Contractor estimated 10 weeks. Because I added items, completed work in 12 weeks. Santos Betancis, Jr. is a true professional. He shows up when he tells you. Is at job site 90% of time between 6-7 am and 4-5 pm (although did work until 7 pm when necessary). Worked on Saturdays when necessary. Does not take other major jobs at same time. Listens to customer, and tries to fulfill client's choices. Meticulous to detail. Runs all decisions by client. Does a substantial amount of work himself, but does utilize subcontractors. Helpful with suggestions. Honest. He and his crew were all pleasant and professional. My best friend is now completely remodeling her master bedroom and bath as a result of seeing what a great job he did for me. Plan to use him again soon on another property I own.

A hail storm damaged our roof which had to be replaced. Betancis was hired to replace the entire roof. We have not had any problems since then.

We have a concrete tile roof that was leaking in our bedroom due to high winds. They replaced missing tile on the roof from when we had an air conditioning unit installed. Where our old unit was removed it was leaking. They recovered the area where the tile was missing with new concrete tile. Part of the drywall in our bedroom had crumbled due to the water damage. They repaired that also. They did a good job and completed the work in one day. You can not tell we ever had a problem. They also did a good job cleaning up. I feel the price was good for the work done.
