Banfield Pet Hospital - El Paso

it didn't cost us or this service because we joined pet wellness plan (about $300) covers all vaccinations, blood works, dental cleaning and other preventive care for a year.
I have used Banfield Pet Hospital since I adapted my cat almost 6 years ago in Minnesota. After moving to El Paso last December, I chose local Banfield clinic because I had really good experience of service back in Eagan, MN, expecting same level of service. I brought him in for few times now for preventive care now. Every time, I or my husband had to go inside the staff only area to get the cat out from cage because they couldn't do it. Same as most of pets, my cat doesn't like vet. I understand my cat was not in friendly mood to deal with, but they are specialist after all. I don't understand why they couldn't take our cat out from cage. It NEVER happened back in Minnesota. They always could handle our cat without any problem.
 
Also when I picked up the cat, they told me there was no problem with him, and gave us detailed paper work. Few days later, I happened to read the paper work they gave me there are first signs of gum and teeth disease and recommended to talk to vets... Why did they say everything was fine??? Should've told us right away and we could talk to vet there! I don't think I would go back there for next time since there are other Banfield clinic within driving distance just little far anyway...
This info might not apply for dog owners. Maybe they are not experienced with cats around here...
