I dislike that they took a long time to respond to our questions. They didn't have all their tools the first day the came.They had to wait for the second day, so they could of been done in one day but they did it in two days. They were a little slow responding back to questions and concerns, but it's super beautiful .They price is a B I guess because it was rainfall glass it was more expensive. He did give us 5% for military discount so that was good.They guys who came over were very respectful. I probably would not use them again because they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Prompt, efficient, clean up afterwords.. all done exceptionally.

Very well and all arrangements were over the phone. they came out and measured the glass and I gave them a verbal okay over the phone to order. They installed the glass when I wasn't home per arrangements and left them a check. All worked went smooth and a big help that they worked with me since I was at work.

I gave them the dimensions over the phone. They also recommended how thick it should be. They did a good job on cutting the glass and it still looks just fine.

They are absolutely terrific, great people. I have used them on some commercial jobs and personal jobs. Very professional, do great work, very reasonable. Would recommend for personal, commercial or industrial work. Cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. Did exactly what they were told.

Overall experience was great.
