Did not honor warranty and refuse to complete work

Very responsive. Seemed professional. Apparently a switch on the blower in the attic was left off. I called the company at the end of the day and the technician came right back out discovered the problem and fixed it.

Very well. B & G emailed me and set up an appointment very quickly. Rates were very fair and servicemen wore facial masks. Very courteous. I am extremely satisfied!

Wow, what can I say, B & G Air Conditioning is awesome! After calling and making an appt., Luis came out and reviewed my existing setup. The next day he came out again and went over the proposals he had drawn up. I really appreciated the fact that he came out a second time to go over the proposals in detail. B & G's proposal was not actually the lowest one I received, but I am extremely pleased with the result. For the actual install, they had Eduardo, Ruben, Luis, Alan, and Luis onsite for nearly three full days, and part of a fourth. Whenever I had an issue about the work they were doing, they immediately addressed and resolved the issue. They always cleaned up after the day and all of the work they did was top notch. I would use B & G again for any future HVAC needs in a heartbeat.

Arrived just a few mins late. Worked quickly and efficiently. Both times I've used them everything has gone smoothly and timely. I will keep using them.

First of all they were on time early morning, they worked all day long, they installed one carrier unit, they explained to me how they were going to work and they told me that on the afternoon I will be using my new unit.
They were working hard all day and at the end of the day I already had my unit running, and they were very, very friendly they replaced a register that were very damaged they replaced without cost the supervisor told me that it was a courtesy from the company, they show me how to used the thermostat.
After 3 days my little son tried to reprogram the thermostat and I had to call B & G Air Conditioning to programmed back, they went to my house as soon it was possible and now is working properly.
They gave me my warranties for labor and parts and they answered all my questions very friendly and I am very satisfied with this company for the good work they did at my house, because they installed what they gave me on my proposal.
Definitively I recommend and  I will stay with B & G Air Conditioning, because since I called for the  fist appointment, the personal from the office was very professional and she will answered all my questions.
