B & B Landscaping and Construction

At first, while I was there, it went good but once I left to go back to Afghanistan things went south QUICK.  He started bringing in day laborers and leaving them there to do work they had no idea how to perform.  It's pretty bad when my wife calls me saying they're messing it up.  For instance: squares of roofing felt with 6" spacing in between them in preparation for the stucco, I raised a stink and this was fixed.  I had a way I wanted the porch decking, he argued in favor of doing it the easier, lazier way and even though he conceded to do it my way it was very shoddy work and I will have to completely rebuild the porch decking when I get home (using nails instead of the screws I bought, not pre-drilling holes and then over-driving the screws and cracking ends of the 2x6's).  In the end he kept asking for more money and would never show up, even if we paid a little bit.  My wife called almost every day and kept hearing "Don't worry, nothing to worry about".  I ended up making a lot of repeat trips for materials as his estimations are always way under (time and materials).  To this date not all of the work we agreed upon is finished so I have been having to hire other contractors to finish other bits.
I would advise anyone considering using Jaime (B&B Construction) to immediately look somewhere else.  Between the shoddy work, Jaime not actually doing a lot of the work, and the lack of punctuality does NOT outweigh the reasonable price he gives.

They didn't take a vast amount of time for us. I would use their services in the future.
