On time, courteous and professional. Very professional presentation, with logo shirt and clean uniform. The service truck very clean, well organized inside and had all the needed material I stock and ready for use. He found a couple of unexpected issues with the locks, and fixed them. He explained to me what the work would be, how will completed and the estimated time to be ready.

George fit me in to his schedule at 5:00 pm on the day I called. He came immediately after another large job. He was at my house from 5pm until nearly 10:30 pm working hard the entire time. he did a great job picking some of the locks for which I did not have keys, and setting all 22 locks to work with 2 different keys. He was very professional, on time, and on budget. I would definitely recommend ARK locksmith to anyone in need of this type of service. He is Very professional.

Service call to my business. Answered their phone promptly and made appointment same day, within a couple hours.
They were late due to traffic - it happens.
2 locks were rekeyed and a broken key was removed from a key hole.
Price caught me off guard. When I scheduled the appointment, he quoted $35 for the service call and $10 for each rekey, so I anticipated $55 for the entire service. Job came out to $90. My receipt says 3 cylinders at $30 when I only had 2 doors rekeyed. He insisted that the key extraction was difficult so he may have charged $10 for the difficulty. I requested 4 extra keys and that was $10.00.
I loved that they were able to give me 4 extra duplicates at a reasonable cost, it was convenient for me!
Total visit took around two hours.

Arrived promptly.
Made the repairs in a timely manner.
