They are a good place to have your car repaired, they are kind of difficult sometimes because you have to take your car there down there and i have to walk around while they fix it but they do a good job with that. Reasonable price. I have never had an trouble with their work. I dont worry about them, they do the work they say they will. Once we set up something it will be done at the time specified. He runs a real small shop and he is totally professional. He runs it out of an old carwash, they have a nice AC area for the customer.

Subsequently had a problem with oil leakage, and they initially thought new camshaft seals would be needed, which would be several hundred dollars.  But on inspection they found that the new valve cover gasket had not been completely sealed at installation the week before, and fixed that.  Refused to take any money for the correction work.   They could easily have charged me for non-existent seals - I wouldn't know!  When I first went to ANW two and a half years ago they saved me hundreds by pointing out that the work recommended by another repair shop was not necessary and demonstrating why.   Additionally when I asked them to rotate the tires ANW asked where I bought them, and on learning it was Discount Tires noted that I could get them done there without charge.  They are excellent mechanics and impeccably honest.

I have used ANW Toyota repair services for nearly 12 years and, in every instance, the quality of diagnosis and repair was first-class!

The work performed was superb and on time. A diagnostic test of the problem was performed and no work was started until I was informed. I more or less knew what the problem was beforehand and I was provided with an explanation of the work that needed to be performed, the price for the parts and labor as well as a estimated time of completion. The work was completed on time and my questions were all answered in a courteous and respectful manner. I was impress with the honesty and professionalism of the staff. Overall, a pleasant experience considering the work performed and also being a first time customer. I will return to this shop for future car service needs.

ANW answered promptly, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price for the work they did. I was especially impressed when the service rep told me not to ask for tire rotation, as that would cost me, while I could get my rotation free at Discount Tire where the tires came from.
It's a pain driving out there from the West Side but I will back!!!

Good mechanics are rare these days, glad I came across this shop.

I have been using this shop for a few years now for for all of my automobile maintenance. They are the most professional and efficient company I have dealt with. They go out of their way with their service and I highly recommend them.

Today's experience was great. I dropped off my car at 8:00am, was told it would be ready by 2:00pm, and was given a ride home. Shortly before 1:00pm I received a phone call, my car was ready and within 10 minutes I was picked up. The price was good, they even honored a coupon that had expired. Great company.............

Mike has one of the most comprehensive mechanic's backgrounds I've ever seen. Very smart guy and tons of experience. It's so hard to find a really good mechanic for older vehicles who can correctly diagnose problems ! They're nice guys, also. Worth driving across town from Westside to use them.
