I called Abel of Alpine Electric and 2 electricians showed up the same day. Able was careful to coordinate the arrival. Was I going to be there and such. The 2 electricians were very competent and within 1 hr or so, had installed 2 transformers and the heaters fired right up! Next electrical problem I have, I know who I will call. Alpine Electric.

The workers were awesome and they did a fantastic job identifying the problem and communicating that with me. It was relatively cheap and quick fix, and they were helpful in every way! Will keep them in mind for future issues.

The employees of Alpine Electric with whom we were in direct contact, from the office personal, dispatcher, to the workers who completed the actual job, were very professional, friendly, and punctual. They were true to their word when they said they would dispatch their workers at a specific day/time. The workers were fast, efficient, and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I would utilize them again, and I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Electric to my friends!

Ballast was replaced, but a few days later the light was out again. I called and the repair was completed correctly and I was charged for new bulbs only.

They replaced all light fixtures as desired and even found an issue with an outlet that prevented one light to work. Took them a little while to find the exact problem but they were very systematic in their approach and very efficient and professional! They even took the time to clean up after themselves and left everything neat and orderly.

After a terrible experience with a previous electrician and a classic lesson in don’t mix friends and business, I called Alpine Electrical. They were CLEAN, professional, efficient, fairly priced, punctual and got this job done! We are very happy with the work and look forward to working with them on larger projects. I went with Alpine Electric after reading their reviews. I disregarded the bad reviews that were left on different sites. That was the best decision I made. Starting with scheduling, the staff at the main office to include the dispatcher were very friendly to talk to. The dispatcher was knowledgeable about the work that I was requesting and recommended items I should have on hand prior to the technician arriving. I requested to have 2 new ceiling fans installed. Additional materials that I purchased were the down rods and electrical boxes for ceiling fans. I also requested that they put the old ceiling fan from my living room into another room and they redid the installation of a fan that was installed by the previous owner of my home. The one that they redid needed to be completely removed from the ceiling and reinstalled. This was because the wrong screws were used from the initial installation and which allowed for a 1 inch gap in between the ceiling and the fan. They also asked me if I wanted all the fans to be wired where there would be separate switches for the fan and the light. During the installation it was found that they did not need the electrical boxes (will be returning them back to the place of purchase). The technicians the performed the work, George and RC, they were both very professional and efficient. I was expecting the work to take 3 hours but it was done in 2 hours. For what they did for me I feel that the $80 per hour was well worth it. I rank the service 5 stars. I will most definitely choose Alpine for any future electrical work.

They responded extremely quick in the late afternoon, they said they had someone in the area and could come over after the job they were on was finished. this was at 3:30 on a Friday prior to the 4th of July.

A crew was at my house the next morning and performed the work. They were quick, thorough, and professional. They had to return the following week to finish because we had to wait until the electric company removed the lock from the meter box. I notified them when that was done and the crew was back the next morning. Alpine Electric did a fantastic job. They will be the only Electricians that I use in the future.

They did good work. They performed really well. I used them twice. I used them to hoist a spa over into my backyard. Then I had to have the service changed to 220 to hook the spa up. So they came in to do the work. The guy who crawled through the attic at that time of the year had to be brave. It was hot, hot, hot here and he is crawling through the attic to run the lines. They were the least expensive but expensive but they are good. Worth paying the price. A little expensive but worth it.

Corrected problem with fuse box, checked other outlets in garage. No further problems have occurred.

They were very quick to respond, they had someone out the very next morning and I called after 2pm. They took a look and opened up the outlets in question and the switches, tightened some wires and revoked some up and then check the breaker box and tightened all kinds of things up. Now our outlets work with no issues and we don't get shocked so much. (they said the reason we still have little shocks is because of the dry environment and static electricity from feet shuffling on the carpet before touching the switches.

Technician could not determine what the problem was, but we were charged anyway.
