AIR FLOW HEATING & COOLING

"Jerry" was contact for my builder's HVAC company. Early in construction I explained I wanted zones placed in my HVAC system. I called for a meeting with Jerry and he did not show. The work continued on the placement of the ducting by other "workers". As the dampers have to be placed within the ducting, I made the workers stop. I requested another meeting to which I was once again stood up. I asked my builder to fire this company and hire someone with whom I had had previous experience. He wanted to stay with Air Flow because they had already started and he was concerned about warranty work. I finally met with "Jerry" and was assured he could do zone work. After months of delays, Jerry stepping through ceiling in my "powder room", since now the ductwork was no longer exposed, I had a meeting with my builder, Saul the owner of Air Flow, and Jerry. I presented a detailed list of what needed to be done. I will be there all day Friday. Again, disappointment. No show. Now, Legal remedy!
