At first I thought that it was okay, their company is one of the best companies who builds houses in this area. Later on after we bought the house, we found out that there's a lot of deficiencies with our home. We bought it in April, this April is going to be exactly since we bought the house and it is a brand new home. After that, we find a lot of deficiencies, the only one thing is that they give you a one year warranty on any deficiency and they'll fix them, the thing is that it's a brand new house, there shouldn't have any deficiency. They completed all the repairs and hopefully we won't have any anymore.
