They showed up to fix the toilet which was completed, the guys then notified me that he was not trained in servicing heaters and someone else would come and inspect the issue at no further charge because I had already paid the service call fee. The other guy never contacted me to service the heater. I called them back and they passed the message. He called me and scheduled two appointments that he never showed up to and stopped answering my calls afterwards. I just wasted my money.

Good experience, good customer service.

Have had three prior positive experiences with this company, but ended up calling a different plumber.

I called Thursday night at about 6:15pm and the lady on the phone told me that someone would call the next morning to set up a time for someone to show up. Friday rolls around and someone is at the door at 8:30am very courteous and ready to work. He serviced the heater, changed the filter and checked for carbon monoxide emissions. He also shut down the A/C, closed the vent and did everything quickly, efficiently and without leaving a mess. I also asked him to check the water faucet in the front yard because it was leaking. He tightened the fittings on the faucet but also said he would stop by later in the week in order to replace the faucet...at no extra charge. That remains to be seen but either way, I will continue to use A C Plumbing, Heating and Cooing in the future.

They were prompt. They were fine. However they are not available after 5 and don't take calls. They were pricy. They are very nice.

What I like is that they are very prompt and usually can fit me in within an hour or two of my call. They don't dally around. They get straight to work and let me know what is going on if they need to leave to get a part they do not carry. I really like knowing that I do not have to wait a long time between when I call and when someone will come to my house. If I have an issue to be fixed I want it done right away-that is why I call these guys.

Excellent. It was 102 degrees yesterday, and I really needed those coolers to work so that I could sleep last night. They were on time. They were courteous. The plumber "listened" to my toilet and diagnosed it's probable future problems for a future visit. I am planning to call them again.
