Maxx spa is wonderful

the owner is a very cool person.....but not all his people have his personality and i think he does not understand or have a customer satisfaction cycle laid out or mapped....... you ask them to do it........they plan service like checking pressure issues.......in my case..... but they don't tell you what they did..... the do phase.....what is it it works for 24 hours..then you have to call them back cause they do not check their work and you have to act..... cycle of customer satisfaction is plan do act and check i am from an area in the country that has more attentive and complete services.......when i pay for something i expect the complete cycle......i have learned to deal with these people by either being firm or laughing.....i am no longer going to laugh.....and i am no longer going to be the one to complete their incomplete customer satisfaction cycle........ the owner has to do something different.....but sometimes their comfort and the laid back attitude of el paso in general dictates their pace....if they would put their service in a more competitve environment they would probably cure themselves...... yet before i wrote this i say they were already rated by others as a C thank you

Repair was wonderful, punctual, highly recomended. Cleaning was unproffesional, not punctual, they demaned access at all hours even though the pool was inside our home and not in a back yard and charged us for being "locked out" when they would show up at random times, hours or even days away from the schedualed time.. Terrible service.

It never pumped real well. When I tried to drain some water from the pool a couple months ago, it would only drain about 1/3 of the water. I finally called them and asked them to look at it. They just came and tried to tell me that it had freeze damage (and of course, therefore the warranty was no good). They just walked away. I will never buy anything from them again.
