When they first started working they were very punctual. We had some problems with the irrigation system. I contacted them about that. They told me I need to get familiar with the system because they cannot come out everytime I have trouble with them. The sprinklers were not placed correctly and there was a place in the middle of my yard that was not getting watered. I now have to water it by hand. It would be too much work to get it corrected.
