About 8 months ago I called this company regarding a Mitsubishi rear projection television that had been acting up on me. They came and told me that they had to take the TV to diagnose the issue. Since the TV is old and large it was easier for them to just take the guts of the TV so they did and left me with the outside screen and wood frame. They promptly called me back to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost and I told them to order the part. They did also warn me the part was hard to find so it may take about two weeks to locate, I told them to proceed. Two weeks past and they called me and told me the part they located came in broken and they had to locate another one. I told them it wasn't an issue and I would wait the couple of months to fix it. I contacted them after two months and they let me know it still was not in but not to worry they would call me as soon as they could locate one. One more month past and they called and told me it was ready. They came to the house to install the TV back to the frame and when they turned it on there was a huge black line across the screen. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me they could look for another one or just scrap the TV. I told them to just look because we don't use that TV much anyways, it's just an extra TV for our bedroom. I waited another 3 months and called them but they said they would call me. I waited another 2 months and started calling them again but now they are telling me they don't have me in the system. After all this time I misplaced my ticket and they told me they can't do anything with my name, address or phone number. I asked for the gentleman's name that I spoke to and he said he would not give it to me but he said I could go down there and speak to him personally which I will have to do if I want my TV back. I do want to mention that he bought the business from the previous owner about three months ago. I can definitely understand missing items with the transition but refusing to help me or give me his name is just unprofessional. I hope everyone else has better service than what I was provided with.

The problem was diagnosed the very next day and I was given a firm price. Once I had accepted the price, I was able to pick up the repaired unit that same afternoon. The price was as quoted and everyone was very polite and professional.
