A Hanshaw Roofing

He patched the roof. He didn't get back with me about a follow up for the rest of the roof.

This was the second roof estimate I received from Mr. Hanshaw. Both were for a new roof homes I was looking at purchasing. The first home sale didn't work out, so I contacted Mr. Hanshaw when I was looking at another home. He shows up when he says he is going to, he breaks down all the costs step by step, he did a great estimate and had it to me the same day. He seems very profession and experienced.  I did get another estimate on the first house I was looking at purchasing and Mr. Hanshaw came in about $500 less then the second roofer. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate this time around. I am just waiting on the closing date to be set so I can schedule roof work wiht Mr. Hanshaw. I'll post an update once the work is complete and I know the total cost. 
I work full time, so it's really important for me to have people show up when they say they will, provide the work they say they will, and to be honest. I have experienced all those twice now and am looking forward to getting a nice roof done right.

Work was scheduled for a Monday but was delayed due to winds.  Came out Tuesday and started work; he finished by Friday.  He was very professional and answered all questions.  Wife supervised the work, he was very patient and professional working with her.  Would use him again and recommend him to friends.

We were looking for someone to reroof my mother-in-law's house but we wanted to hire someone that was honest, professional and that was bonded and insured.  We got an estimate from Mr. Hanshaw and after that we knew he was the right person for the job.  His workers were always pleasent to deal with and answered all of our questions.  We are very satisfied with the work that was done by this company.

My Dad recently moved from El Paso but needed a new roof on the house he was selling there. We researched Angie's List for roofers in El Paso and found Mr. Hanshaw's company. After talking with him at length, my Dad selected him to perform the work. A Hanshaw Roofing Company did everything they said they would do and emailed my Dad pictures of the work in process. A beautiful roof at a reasonable price and no worries. We would recommend A Hanshaw roofing!

The roof was declared a total loss by my insurance carrier, due to severe wind damage. Although I am not oozing money, I wanted to replace it with a 30 year roof of high caliber. I carefully observed his team replace the roof on the house kitty-corner to mine, and spoke to the owners regarding this roofer. They enthusiastically recommended him and his team for professionalism, careful work and cleanliness. I both spoke to Art by phone and met him for a proposal at my home. He spent at least an hour explaning his work methods, clean up habits and materials. His team consisted of an on-site forman and several laborers. The down payment was $1,000.00, which he picked up from me at my office, at my suggestion. He displayed the permit prominently on the front window. The work occurred over a 4 day period, during which rain caused a half day work stoppage. His forman was professional and responsive to my questions. I had a complaint over rolled material having been carelessly left on my patio and a large plant after Day 1 or 2 of the work. The forman personally returned to my home that night to move all items to a proper location and ascertain whether damage had occurred. He spent at least an hour of his personal time to do so. At completion, the yards looked as they had before, except for the odd small scrap here and there. I did not know that it was possible to be in love with a roof, but I am proud of its design and beauty. I would recommend Art Hanshaw without exception. Working with him was a pleasure.
