A FLOWER 4 US

I ordered flowers through the 1800 FLOWERS website 4 days before her birthday expecting them to be delivered on the 20th of March. No flowers were ever delivered, after calling customer service the florist stated that no one answered the door so they took the flowers back to the shop. They then scheduled a re-delivery for the following day which is the 21st. The order I had placed was for a bouquet called Timeless Tulips which included 25 tulips in yellow purple and red, a glass vase with a thick ribbon tied around it and a Happy Birthday balloon. What I received on the 21st was a potted tulip plant with only 6 tulips and a balloon. That is nowhere close to the $95 dollars worth of flowers that I ordered. Customer service was called yet again, when they called the florist they said that the original tulips had wilted and they didnt have anymore to replace them so they sent out the potted tulips. Another delivery was scheduled for the timeless tulips for the following Monday, the 25th. On that Monday, the delivery lady literally set the tulips on the floor, rang the doorbell and made a dash back to her vehicle. Luckily someone was home otherwise they would have sat outside for hours. Now tis would have been the end of it but the arrangement of tulips received was nothing like those I ordered online. The leaves on the tulips were all torn, there was added greenery and the color of the tulips was lackluster. Now I'm left doubting the ability of 1800-Flowers to fulfill future flower orders due to the fact that they are contracted with such poor quality florists.
