Charles completely re-did an irrigation system that was illegally installed by El Paso Custom Iron Works. He took the time to do it right and kept us informed and involved through the whole process. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is licensed, so we did not run into any problems with him pulling a permit and getting his work inspected. We have only needed to call him back for minor things, but he always fixes them. There were only a few times when he did not show up when he said he would, but still showed up on a different day. We're overall glad we hired him!
