DO NOT CALL THEM....will give you a quote ($56,780), and add 51% (not a typo) to final bill making total of $85,723 without ever getting approval of additional charges. Owner does not listen to your requests and does what she wants. Final work is shoddy and plumbing is now leaking and will not return to repair..not honoring warranty. Very unprofessional using profanity and screams and yells causing a scene in the neighborhood when not paid additional charges.

They did a replaster of my pool and removed a light for us. We were pleased with work and it was clear we had a warranty once we paid. 3 months later, we had a slow leak from an area of the pool where the light was removed. There still an active light from jacuzzi and now I believe I may have an electrical hazard. Contacted Charolette, (owner) just wanted them to look at it. Then go from there. A couple days later, all of the sudden the morning of, she wants to charge $75 just to look at it, then and hourly rate without even knowing what the problem was. (This Over the phone) She was really trying to not honor their warranty. Then she got upset and said to find someone else and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend, totally non professional, doesn’t honor their warranty and substandard work.

Plaster covered inlets that prevented pool equipment to be properly installed. Jacuzzi jet covers were also plastered over that prevented proper installation of covers. Pool lights had water inside lens and light housing was over plastered that prevented proper fit for light housing. This contractor failed to communicate with customer and would pop in at their convenience.

A.C. Cyn-Mar Pool Plastering built our first pool 30 years ago..Albert and Charlotte did an out standing job !!!
It was time to up date our rental house pool. I wanted new tile , new color to our deck, new plaster, and new up dated equipment.
A whole new look....
They did just that !!!! We love the way the pool looks...

At first I just wanted to go as cheap as possible. But Charlotte explain that I would be wasting my money and that the concrete was too old and needed to be replaced. She explain everything very well on the process from start to finish. She kept me informed on everything they came across and on the schedule. Her crew cleaned up daily. She or her husband where there every step of the way.
They did an excellent job. My tile job is just beautiful my equipment never ran so well and the plaster is awesome! We went with a quartz finish and it is baby smooth..... I am so glad we follow her advise. They finish in a timely matter. Left my back yard in better shape than I had before. I would recommend them to everyone they are very knowledgeable all their crew spoke English she is the sweetest person I have ever worked with.
