Landscaping
Just finding a landscaper who spoke English was a challenge, which Mr. Olivas did. The work on the yard was supposed to take 2 days, instead took a week. He had workers show up one day without him who didnt speak a word of english even though it was made clear that we didnt speak spanish and we wanted to be able to communicate with anyone who was working in our yard. The workers left garbage, tools, and even razor blades laying around in the back yard exposed and forgotten until I found them the next day while my children played. The sidewalk was a shoddy job and he left before the job was even completed leaving a huge pile of gravel rock on the sidewalk.
