I needed double gates installed on both sides of my house and was very specific on how I wanted them to look. I called so many companies in the El Paso area for quotes, I actually made a spreadsheet to keep up with everyone. Out of the forty or so companies I called, A-1 had the best warranty and was in my budget. They were the second most inexpensive company. I didn't go with the cheapest because they didn't offer a warranty and wanted to use cheap materials.

The owner came out, took measurements and pictures, and sat down with me to hear what I was looking for exactly. We met a second time and he drew up a sketch of the gate, the materials used, how it will be built, and the cost. He took into account where I lived, what kind of weather I have, what the ground is like at my house, and how often the gates will be used to determine what materials to use and how to design and then build it. They don't buy the gates like this, they make the gates themselves. During installation, a neighbor one street over noticed them and asked Victor to come look at his house when he was done with mine. I walked by that house yesterday and his gates are a different design, but just as beautiful.
