He was rather rude. He showed up, I tried to tell him what I was experiencing, he said he didn't really need to know. He washed the outside unit with the water hose, came in and said it was 92$ I asked him if he even cared to look at the unit in the attic since the other side of the house wasn't cooling. He said, oh I guess so. We went up, came down and said he'd have to have someone come out and give a estimate since only a section needs to be redone, it shouldn't cost too much. 2 1/2 weeks later and several phone calls later, I get a quote for 3,700$ even though the site was not looked at and there was no additional/specific info given to be able to make a sound quote.

They first came out in July. The unit sits outside and they did a real fine job cleaning it out. They have been out twice now. When my furnace went out in the cold, they came out immediately to look at it, but had to order the parts. When the parts came in, they came right out because I was without heat. They completed a repair on the furnace in November. Because I have the planned service, they provided a discount for the work. They had to replace the blower wheel and motor. Both technicians I have dealt with have been real professional and great! The office staff is very good as well. I have been very pleased with them overall.

Placed call for service and was informed it would take a few hours to arrive as was on another job. Travis followed up with phone call confirming he would arrive in 1 hour and did. Arrived with part on hand not knowing which part was needed. Unit operating back to normal. Very grateful for excellent service. I have used efficiency air in the past and have always been pleased with service, now I can add on emergency service was exceptional.

Efficiency Air is great! We have used them since we moved into this house about 20 years ago for our air and heat. They have always been prompt, efficient, and very reasonable in price. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Called the Victoria office, and had a tech out to my house within two hours. He was courteous and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me what was wrong. Thanks to him my furnace is up and running like a champ.
I've since called the office for help regarding another issue with my furnace, and again, got excellent customer service. The office didn't have the part I needed, but they sent me to another company who did have it.

We were very pleased with their follow-up and the information that they gave us. They gave us a really good deal. They were very helpful with the rebates and filling out the paperwork. The workers were very prompt and were here when they were supposed to be or called if they couldn't be here. We have not had any problems. We have recommended them to others. We would use them again in the future.

I have used them before at a different house that I had. They installed a energy efficient unit. I had called them for some repair work before the units went out. They are the only people that I use and recommend. All of their employees are real honest, courteous, and timely. They will show you the problem and what needs fixed. They will come at midnight if you have a problem. I tell everyone I know that they are who I use. The price is pretty equivalent to other places I've seen.

We called Efficiency Air out to our home in August 2011. We had been under a home warranty and it expired at the end of July. Within days, we need our a/c fixed as it had stopped working. We initially called the company that had worked on it previously, as they were the contractor for the home warranty. They came out twice and couldn't fix it. After several days of having to stay with family due to the severe heat, we called Efficiency Air. I called them at 7:30am and they said they would be there that day but it might be late as they were extremely busy. The did say it would probably be after 5pm. Sure enough, the guy did come that day, about 7:30pm. He called at 7pm to say he was finishing up his current job, and that he would be there as soon as possible. He got there at about 7:30pm, worked for a little over an hour and the a/c has been working fine ever since. We were very happy with the services and the price, which seemed a bit high, was truly fair for the amount of work that this man had to do in our HOT attic for over an hour.

Overall my experience with Efficiency Air was postive. There are definately some key areas that could be improved upon.
I called Efficeincy air on a tuesday evening and left a message. The company did not return my call by 1000 the next day so I called them again. The lady on the other end told me "I was on the list" but could not provide me a time when the repair person could be out to my house. I asked if she could call me back when she had a firm time. She said she could not call me. She told me to call her back in an hour. I did so, and approximate timeframe for ealry afternoon was established. The technician called in advance and told me he was on his way.
The tech was very well spoken, had clean shoes, clean clothes, and an easy manner. He inpsected my system and advised me what type of work needed to be done and got to work right away. He repaired some ductwork, cleaned the units and found an issue with one of the AC units. He advised that he needed to order a part and would call me tomorrow with the price of the part and a timeframe as to when the part would be in. He called me the next day, as promised, and gave me a price on the part indicating that he expected delivery in 3-4 days.
At this time, we are waiting on a part before the service can be considered "complete".
Overall, things appear to be moving well. The receptionist at efficiency air could have been a bit more polite. She was abrupt and did not seem "nice". The tech is good - I am hoping the service will be completed next week. I will update this post as appropriate.
Update - this company has been out to my house 8 times in the last month and have yet to fix the AC. This AC is 6 years old but seems to keep "breaking" every week or so since their initial visit. These things do happen - but I think they should have had this fixed by now. Unfortunately, I need to lower my rating.
