Well, I actually found the company in a Google search for "internet access McAllen Texas." I found their website and contacted them via email as it was Christmas Eve. I received an answer back in a timely manner (after the holiday of course) and arranged for an appointment. I was impressed with the promptness of the reply and the professionalism exhibited by them. Jeff was easy to talk to and willing to work with me. He warned me that the signal emitted by their tower wasn't available to all areas, he'd have to check it from my residence. Thankfully I was in range. I believe the setup costs were somewhere around $300, but I'm not positive on that. It was a year and a half ago. I've been very happy (not having to use dial-up internet anymore) with the service provided. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
