When I called to schedule, David was very professional.  I have him all the needed information and he provided me a very reasonable estimate.  The price did not change.  I scheduled a few days in advance as he requested.  Unfortunately I did not get to meet him in person because I was at a business meeting by I had my mother present when they came to perform the service.  She also told me that he was very professional and that they took their time and really made sure they did a professional job.  When I returned home and saw the work they had done, I was very pleased with the quality of their work.  I would definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

He was responsive through out the project and did a great job. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us move items off of the carpets that were to be cleaned. I will definitely use him again. He communicated what he was doing and the after care so I knew how long to let the carpets dry before returning the items.

He came within a day or two of being called, finished in a couple of hours, cleaned up well and left. I was very happy.

I called David to schedule a cleaning for three rooms. We set a date, time, and price. He arrived by himself on time. We had moved most of the furniture ourselves, even though we were not feeling well. If we had discussed the preparation of the rooms before the appointment, I think he and his helper would have done most of it. So, if you call him, ask him about that. He did say most of the time he has a helper with him, I believe.
He is punctual, polite, pleasant, and hard working.

David was very prompt in answering my request for service. He was able to offer me a quote over the phone and that price didn't change after the work was completed. He called the morning of to confirm the appointment. David was not only on time, but he was early! He inspected the areas that were to be cleaned and did his own vacuuming! He took his time with stubborn stains, and did a fantastic job! He is a local vendor with reasonable prices and a variety of services! Will definitely call him again and we highly recommend him!

David and his very capable assistant did a marvelous and thorough job of cleaning our carpet and steam cleaning our upholstered furniture.
David was easy to reach and quickly set up an appointment for the following week. He called about 30 minutes before arrival which he said he would do and arrived on time. He quickly inspected all the rooms and furniture we had requested cleaned and reviewed all the particulars with us. He treated stains on the carpet as he went along to ensure he was able to thoroughly clean the problem areas.
When he finished, he told us if there were any problems with spots reappearing, please call him and he would return and retreat them. Everything is great!

I choose South Texas Steam and Clean as the result of the positive reviews on Angie's List. I called David who provided me with an estimate and a time that would work with my schedule. The morning of the appointment David called to confirm the appointment and actually arrived a little early. David and his assistant were neatly dressed and presented a very professional appearance.
Although our carpet had a few very dark spots they came out with the treatment and cleaning. My wife and I were very, very impressed with the results and the courtesy and professionalism of David and his assistant. They were neat, clean and worked in a timely manner.
The cost was the same as the original quote. There were no surprises or extra fees.
This was, by far, the best carpet cleaning experience we have had. Not only will we use South Texas Steam and Clean in the future, we have told a number of friends about the service and will continue to refer them in the future.
Overall, we were very pleased with this service provider.

Highly recommend using this vendor. He did a Very good job. He came a long distance and was on time. Very courteous and professional and spent a lot of time getting the job done to my satisfaction. He guaranteed his work and said if any spots reappeared after drying that he would come out again and take care of it. He did charge a $20 mileage fee but he had to drive 1.5 hrs to get here. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend him highly.

David and his helper Fernando arrived right on time and David even contacted me the night before to verify the appointment. I just recently moved into this house and the carpets were in desperate need of a good cleaning so being new to the area I checked out Angie's List. David and Fernando did a thorough job of vacuuming first and then moved the furniture and placed protectors under the furniture. When they were finished, I was extremely impressed with the job they had done. It came out even better than I thought it would. They were both nice to talk with and acted very professionally. I felt the price was quite reasonable especially compared to other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past. David is a conscientious worker and wants to make sure you are pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and I highly recommend him!

They moved furniture, put foil foot pads, and did a great job cleaning. I hired them to clean my tile the following week. They went out of their way to clean to my satisfaction.
