The plans looked good and we asked him to refer us to a builder. He offered to take care of the building himself and we agreed. From then on things went poorly. Part of the patio he installed was sloped toward the house, so every time it rained water ran toward the house. We ended up bringing in a second builder to represent us with Ricardo and to help him with the project. After that, Ricardo stopped returning our calls and really left us hanging. Luckily the other builder who we had brought in was great and he corrected the things that Ricardo had messed up and finished the project beautifully.
