Not concerned about details. Kitchen counters not cleaned, such as not moving things to clean under them.

She didn't clean very thoroughly and I was left to clean a lot of areas again. I admit it was dirty to begin with, and i don't doubt she cleaned, but I really feel like a lot of areas were forgotten. I don't know if its because she was short handed that day and working alone, but for a small place, a lot of areas were not clean. I understand that it could be a variety of acceptable reasons, but when I calmly called to ask her about it, she was unexpectedly rude. She seemed very nice, so i was surprised at her response. I had left to run errands during the cleaning, so I guess it's partly my fault for not checking every inch of the house before paying. Maybe it was just my house and my experience, but I was disappointed.

The overall service was good. I did guide them to make sure all I had expected was done. Maria is very courteous and as an additional reference learned she does the cleaning on a regular basis for my neighbor. They both worked very diligently.































I would call on Maria again for future service.

She has been very good. She shows up on time and does what she says she is going to do. She does a great job on deep cleaning. I also referred her to my friend and they are very happy with her as well.

Maria arrived about fifteen minutes past our agreed time (the first time), but it wasn't too big of a deal as I wasn't in a hurry. She cleans quickly and I am able to leave her in my home without any worries. She now comes when I'm away, I leave her money on the table and when I get home, I have a perfectly clean house. She has proved to be trustworthy thus far.

Maria and her team showed up on time and did a quick review of the house. She then gave me a price and they started right to work. I left for two hours and when I came back the house looked great. Her and her team did an excellent job, much more than I expected. Maria was very polite and friendly. I would definetly have her come back and would recommend her to anybody.

She was very dependable. She charged $70.00 a week.

MARIA'S CLEANING SVC did a very good job.She had to get a couple of other people to help her to get the job done within the time frame she quoted. They did a very good job together.

The house had been left to a pet sitter to keep the cats fed, watered and to replace the litter with fresh every other day. When we returned after a month out of state on family business the girl had only fed the cats and occasionally watered them. The entire house had cat excrement in all the rooms. Our cats are usually very fastidious but without fresh litter they chose a clean spot to go each time. Maria came in and started right away. She had a helper who went above and beyond the required cleaning by washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen as well. Maria called a third worker to help with the cat problem as well. She cleaned and bleached the tile floors then re-mopped them with a cleaning solution. Her helper dusted and swept after finishing in the kitchen. All in all a wonderful job in short order. They were in and out in half a day and the house was spotless when they left . I would not hesitate to recommend Maris and her staff for any cleaning job.
