Had air conditioner failure. It turned out to be a blower motor. The blower motor was under warranty by manufacture. When I asked what it would cost to replace I was told part is free but labor would be $750. I asked to talk to manager. I told him I do not live in New York City but the valley in Texas. I told him I knew replacement would be 1 hour of labor. He lowered price to $589. The next day I called and was quoted $220 to replace blower motor. I have buyers remorse and feel very over charged.

Quality workmanship, on time, completed the job in timely fashion, and did a good job.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional!

The work was very effeciently and professionally done. Cleared and refurbished most of an acre lot, removed a hurricane fence, and many other specific things. We couldn't be happier and have called him for several other projects.

This is not the least expensive contractor, but is one of the greatest values because the quality of his work is such that customer will not need to pay another contractor to correct his work. His work is professionally done using quality materials. Others in our mobile home park marveled at our room addition and one remarked that it is one of the best he has seen. Another was sufficiently impressed to hire him for a project in our park. He just returned today to correct a small roof leak (after the original work was done and patched it and asked us to notify him if repair did not hold and he would be back. That to me is the mark of a dependable contractor because it is impossible to predict every problem that can come later down the road. Consider this as our recommendation for anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor to consider him and his crew.

The weather turned cold & wet while these folks were working on the new fence. They were still able to do some work during the bad weather and complete the job in a reasonable time. The workmanship is excellent.

Excellent work. I will hire for my next project. Highly recommended. Any one can come to my house and see my project. The porch developed look like the front of the house. Size is 12 ft x 35 ft.
