+ -1 moreThe crew came to view the work site the 13th of June. The crew described what could be done. They were really cooperative and seemed competent to do the job. The guy to do the estimate was to come out later in the week according to the woman at the office. He came out but did not give an estimate. We called the office trying to find out the estimate several times in the ensuing days and the woman, Ruth, in the office said that it would be coming. Finally, when we kept calling, she gave us the number of the man doing the estimate. He did not answer his phone or return calls when we left messages on his e-mail. No job got done. I was the one that was making the contacts for my so who lives at 203 Comino, Edinburg, TX. He did the follow up after I had made two calls.
Description of Work: We called this company several times. First a crew came to the site and told us what they could do. We believed they were the company for us, so we asked for an estimate. The person to do the estimate was totally unresponsive and did not answer his phone or voice mail. The woman at the office kept promising that the estimate would be done, but she never produced anything either. We truly believed that the crew knew what they would be doing, but the people in charge did not. This business is absolutely unprofessional in our opinion. If they did not want the job, they could have said so immediately and we would have dropped it. The A grade that they had is totally undeserved!!!!
