The first 2 techs to come out did a wonderful job. The 3rd that was sent out was unprofessional and I was very disappointed. I spoke with his manager while he was there and again a few days after the poor service was performed. The manager was very apologetic and offered me apartial refund. He also sent the second technician back out to complete the job and ensure i was a satisfied customer.

After being away from home for over a year due to a medical catastrophe, we returned to find that their were critters of some sort in the attic. I called Esparza and a very courteous, professional young man came out to our house in rural Edinburg. He toured the premises inside and out and explained that a chewed-through hole under an eave was evidence of bats. He also concurred that there were rats in the attic. The plan he proposed involved: a) identifying and sealing access points to the attic; b) baiting the attic for rats and then returning eight times over a one month period to remove dead ones and re-bait for any remaining, and, c) trapping the bats in netting as they flew out at night and removing them to another area the following day. Sounded great! Except.......it never happened. Broken appointments, then showing up unannounced at inopportune times. ineffective baiting that failed to reduce the rat problem. a fiasco with the bat extermination (the bats are still there), and an ineffective exterminating technician who kept apologizing and quot;I just do what my boss says.and quot;. Today we still have the same problems as when we first called them, and the only evidence that Esparza ever visited is the very sloppy patch job (since chewed through) that they did over the bat entry.

They were very efficient, very courteous, and kept me posted. They assured me the products they used wouldn't harm pets. They were very good at what they did. I thought the price was very reasonable. Their quality and responsiveness were great. I would definitely with no doubt use them again in the future.

We went from doing it monthly to bi-monthly and at first my wife was very skeptical because the other people would come every month and now these people are coming every other month. We live in a very rural area and it's hot and we thought bugs were going to come inside, but we haven't seen anything or had any problems.

They did a very good job on the honeybee removal. That was definitely an A job. They came out promptly and did everything. They basically got rid of the bees like they said they would. They gave a good explanation of what they were doing and why they were doing it. I was very pleased with that situation at what I felt was a fair price for that work. The earlier job was an A-, rather than an A. They did everything right and did what I expected. I had to supervise to make sure that they did everything that I had agreed with the salesman. They almost skipped a couple things that I had to watch for and make sure they didn't skip it.

They charged $200 extra for the rodent control and they are supposed to follow up for 4 weeks. We had to finally call them yesterday to find out when they were coming. They were supposed to call us. They said that we were supposed to call them. All they did was put out glue pads for the $200 and I could have bought a lot of glue pads for that price. My husband made the deal and I thought the price was extreme. We probably wouldn't use them again.

Great representatives and employees. Feedback during the process was exceptional.

I spent about $75 on that work. They are very efficient, fast and do pest control for almost everyone in our block, in our retirement park actually. They probably do 75% of the park and come back every year and everyone hires them again. They always let us know when they are coming.

I was very impressed with the technician as the many gallons of liquid he sprayed all over the walls and around the perimiter made my gallon bottle and 30 lb bags look puny. He said, if I saw any live ants after a week to call them. The body count had dropped significantly but after a week I still had lots of dead ants plus some live ones so they came again and repeated the treatment and added an additional pesticide. They also gave some advice on cracks and palm tree branches which reached the house. I still had a few ants invading after another couple of weeks but only at the front of the home and near the adjacent empty lot, so they came back a third time and sprayed the home again plus the entire front lawn plus an additional 10 feet into the empty lot next to my property again with no charge. It would be hard to find a company that tried so hard to do a good job and came back as needed without any questions to ensure these persistent bugs were gone,
