Great, workers on time & efficient.

They put our name on a list for a roof. When I called to see where my name is on the list, the secretary was rude and accused me of calling back too often. I call about once every three weeks. At this point I have just given up with them. When I spoke with the secretary last she was very unsure as to when they would even be able to come give us an estimate.

I had to call the owner 2 or 3 times to get a response. He came out, showed me the problem....that i thought was fixed the last time he came out. He said i need to refinish the roof. (its urethane) He, also, said he would email me a quote and never did. Very unprofessional. I'll never go back again.

Owner/operator has very little product knowledge and doesn't seem to think it's important!!! I went with him based on his sales pitch an initial representation of himself, BIG MISTAKE!!! This man should be a used car salesman and not a roofer, I don't know how he is able to make it in this business so long. He must have another sorce of income, or be operating a long term experiment on how not to operate a successful roofing company. And by the way, my roof is still leaking in all the original problem areas, and a couple of new ones!!! My advice; DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!!!
