ABC WASTE

Normally they had done a good job picking up the trash. Last month however; they did not pick up trash for two weeks in a row. We had to call four times and we finally talked to a supervisor who assured us that they would pick up the next day. They did not. On the third week we had to wait and stop the truck so that he would pick up the trash. He was new on the route and did not have good directions. I deducted half of the amount on the payment and wrote a note for the reason. They completely ignored my message and billed me for the amount not paid. We called again and were told that the payments go to an office that is not connected to them and that we had to talk to the local office for the adjustment to be made. Now we are waiting to see if the adjustment was made by the local office and communicated to the billing office. We are changing companies when our current contract expires.
