Alliance Foundation Repair

We had a plumbing leak several years back and had it repaired. We did not realize the leak was as big as it was. It washed soil from under our foundation where the leak was. Our slab was sinking in the area of the leak and surrounding it. A friend gave me the number for Alliance Foundation Repair and I called. They were very knowledgeable and explained what the issues were. They told us the cause of our foundation failure and how they would correct the problem and prevent future foundation failure. I also called several other companies to compare prices and different types of repair methods. After all of different responses and ways it could be fixed I decided to use Alliance Foundation Repair. I chose them not just because they were referred to me by a friend, but because I believed their method of repair was better than the other and I felt the price was fair. When comparing the estimates and the work that was going to be done, their price was reasonable. Out of the quotes I received their price was in the middle. They were not the most expensive estimate I was given and they were not the cheapest, but I felt that the estimate they gave was good for the amount of work and repairs that they were making. They were extremely professional from my first call to them. They also called me to confirm my appointment and let me know exactly when someone would be at my house. That may not be important to anyone else, but it was nice knowing who would be at my door and when. They were very good at letting me know what was being done and communicating with us. I would recommend them to my friends and family for repairs.

In 2009, The Alliance Foundation Repair Company told us they repaired our foundation issues. We called them back within approximately 6 months because cracks outside the home reappeared. We have been trying to get them to honor their 'lifetime warranty' for 5 years now. The finally came back in November, 2013 and dug 3 large holes by the foundation and left. We have not heard from them since. My husband has called them almost daily for the last 5 years and leaves a message requesting that they come and complete the work. No one ever calls him back. A few times someone answers and lets him know the date they will be back. No one ever shows up. Our house looks the same, if not worse since they 'repaired' our foundation issues.

They left my flower beds in disrepair and broke sprinkle heads. My follow-up efforts to reach Darrell was difficult and exhausting. He's easy to communicate with but it's hard to reach him after the work is performed.

Our work went as scheduled. They came out and placed piers on the outside of our house and then replaced stringers under it. Mr. Williams was experienced and explained the process and answered all of our questions. He made sure we understood everything and that needed to be repaired and why. He warranties his work and was a pleasure to do business with.
