 + -1 moreIt was irritating dealing with Webb. The actual plumbers that came out to our house were very nice and professional, BUT the owner and office staff were less than pleasant and courteous. It took them 3 weeks to get me a ridiculous quote for replacing the sewer lines. It was like they didn't want to mess with the house since they were aware of issues from the previous owners. They didn't have the courtesy to say they didn't want to work on the house. The office staff never communicated my messages to the plumbers during this whole ordeal. I won't use them again unless it's a true emergency and they are the only plumbers available.
Description of Work: Two plumbers came out and assessed issue. They began digging in my front yard to clear the crumbled sewer line when the owner came by & stopped them. They left after haphazardly filling in the whole they dug.

 + -1 moreIt went well. The workers were very polite and very clean. We had actually gotten a separate quote from a different plumber that was in the area and they were well below the previous quote that we had gotten. The workers were excellent, they were very nice and did a good job.
Description of Work: We used Webb Plumbing Co about 3 or 4 months ago to replumb a bathroom.

 + -1 moreThe plumbing guys were prompt and completed in 2 days. We would use the plumbing side of the company again. Do NOT use the construction people with this company they are not worth it
